To keep you on the road, many of our UK stockists, including Brompton Junction Covent Garden remain open, providing essential maintenance and support services. However, with some stores operating reduced opening hours, and others closed, we also appreciate not everyone can or would want to travel to a store at this moment in time.

In direct response to the COVID-19 crisis, and in order to make those essential journeys possible, we are now offering free home delivery in mainland UK on a wide range of stock bikes, including a large variety of colours, handlebars and gearing so you can find your perfect bike.

I want to buy a bike with delivery to my home. How can I add an accessory?

Accessories are not yet available with Brompton to You. For all accessories and spares, please visit Brompton.com to place a separate order.

Can I have a custom built bike delivered to my home?

Unfortunately, this option isn't currently available. Only bikes in stock featured on the Brompton to You website are available for home delivery. If you wish to build or order a custom bike, click here.

Can I have a Brompton Electric Bike delivered to my home?

What do I need to do once I receive my Brompton bike at home?

As part of our Brompton to You service, we are preparing all bikes for the simplest home set up possible. All tools needed are included in the box along with a Quick Set Up guide. We have also put together a few videos on the Quick Set Up guide page demonstrating how to add your saddle and do some basic checks, so you’ll be ready to cycle away in less than 10 minutes.

I still don't understand how to set up my new bike. What can I do?

How do I service my bike?

To ensure you have the best possible experience with your Brompton, we recommend that you have a service at your local authorised Brompton dealer. Our recommendation is that your first service is done within the first 100 miles or three months, whichever comes sooner.
Bring your bike to our Brompton Junction Covent Garden store to get your first service for free, or you can take your bike to one of our nationwide accredited Brompton retailers where you can pay for a service and we’ll match what you spend as a voucher to redeem at Brompton.com*. Can I return the bike?

If you decide you want to return your bike, it must be returned to us completely unused. You will need to notify us within 14 days of you receiving the bike of your intention to return it, you'll then have another 14 days from the date you notified us to return the bike.
